Please note: Additional Intensive Packages will require a new Brain Assessment if a long period of time has passed since the client's first Intensive Brain Training.	$200.00	$200.00

After 3 sessions, if there is any concern on your part, you will be entitled to a full refund, less the $200 Assessment fee.

Terms and Conditions:

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required when booking.
An Intensive Package must be purchased as a basis to begin.
Packages must be pre-paid.
We require 48 hours notice of a cancellation or the price of the session(s) will apply.
As well as cash and cheques, we accept Visa.
Our services are not covered by the B.C. medical services health plan.

Guidelines:

Please follow these guidelines, terms and conditions in order to obtain the best and most expedient results in optimizing your brain.

1. Inform us of any prescription drugs being used and their purpose.
2. Brainwave Optimization with RTB will use a lot of energy. Plan to eat small amounts of food often, especially on the days during and after training sessions. Increase the amount of protein and water you intake during that time.
3. Refrain from using alcohol or other recreational drugs for at least one week prior and three weeks following a training session. Neuro-nets do not have the same opportunity to extend themselves and create more and larger possible pathways with the use of substances.
4. If you are utilizing any of the following healing modalities concurrently with Brainwave Optimization with RTB&amp;amp;trade;, please cease these modalities during the Brainwave Optimization with RTB training and for at least three weeks following: chiropractic, acupuncture, any kind of cranial manipulation, massage, some energy work. Brainwave Optimization with RTB can work to activate neuro-nets in different manners - from different perspectives or pathways - which can be lost when added to other modalities. The brain simply is not able to cope with changes coming from different directions (some from the nervous system, some from the spine, some from the cranium). Chaos results in none of the modalities having the desired effect.
5. Programs and Associated Fees: Assessments take up to 90 minutes to complete, including feedback. Training sessions require 90 to 100 minutes to complete. Brain Synergy Training Inc cancellation policy requires cancellation notification to be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to be effective. Otherwise, a cancelled session will be billed per your agreed payment package. Please plan to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment time.
